This swegway works perfectly well and comes with case and charger. It is water proof but not for actual underwater movement only for rain and splashes of water. It is also very durable and can clime some steep and rocky places. Unfortunately I don't know exactly how fast it goes but from my use I can say it goes fast enough for most people.
